    I meditate twice a day and while I didn't think I had the time to meditate I have found the benefits of slowing down have actually given me more time. I am more calm and focused. Anxiety level is way down and I am rarely stressed like I was before starting and then expanding my daily meditation practice. I really like the wider variety of teachers in this app and enjoy the different voices and approaches to practicing. I had read Dan Harris’ book which how I got started with this app. Highly recommend.

    When I opened this app I was advised I would get seven free days and then I would be charged for a year. I missed the window and was charged. I immediately cancelled the subscription so I would not be charged $100 again. Paying for a year was the only option. Today i was managing my subscriptions and saw this app now offers a one month option. I would have been much happier paying for that than a whole year. To add insult to injury the person who has been sending me emails letting me know if I have any questions they would be happy to help just sent a canned response right from Dan Harris book to my question. Very unhappy I paid this price for this app.

    I’m loving that I can wake up, grab my airpods and right from my watch go through a morning meditation. Takes off the pressure and makes it super easy. I’d like there to be a complication for the watch faces for quick access! Specially on the infograph modular as it is my favourite.

    I tried Headspace about a year ago as well as another app I can’t remember the name of. This is my favorite mediation app. It helped me to turn meditating from a daunting task on my to-do list into something I look forward to. I think the best feature is the little video lessons or chats before each actual meditation. Most of us do not have a “meditation teacher” so it’s great to get this kind of insight. I also appreciate the one-on-one opportunity with an actual person: someone reached out to me as soon as I signed up to say they’d be my meditation coach and answer any questions I might have. That’s been quite helpful. I wish I could give this to all my friends but for now I’ll just say it’s a great app. Oh, and there’s a separate tab for sleep meditations-“Sleep Game” is my favorite.
