  • Expensive

    By Alan in Bouler
Before you know it, you’ll click on something and be charged $19.99 for monthly subscription. So take care. The free part of this app is useless - just intro one-liners to the paid part. For this price, the WSJ app will be a better value and broader platform. If you like Cramer, just listed to his daily podcast on your phone which is free.
  • Don’t do it!

    By Pooler guy
Wow! What a garbage app! I rarely write reviews but this one is a doozy. First of all, the notifications they say they are going to send you isn’t close to what you actually receive. As a result, I cancelled my subscription to “Stocks under $10” via their app button. After doing so, the button changed to “Restore Subscription” indicating my cancellation was successful. At least one would think so. iTunes billed me for $29 the following month. When I called The Street, the customer service person told me that although I requested a cancellation through their company, I also have to contact iTunes to let them know I cancelled or I will continued being billed. What???? What works that way??? The person also told me that in order to cancel, I should have called them. Perhaps you can say that on your cancellation page instead of having a button! They passed the buck to iTunes instead of taking responsibility. I specifically asked why do they have a cancellation button and what does it do? Of course, no one could answer me! And of course they are saying that iTunes would have to credit me. This is a very irresponsible way of doing business and is clearly a scam for them to continue making money even though you requested to cancel their crappy service.
  • Really just a front page full of ads

    By Jon Liprie
Want any interesting insight that’s only “19.99 per month for Action Alert Plus.” They appear to have gone the complete MLM route offering “gold membership.” Really hope serious investors see through this crap. Also impossible to compare the different “packages” they sell. No side by side comparison - another tactic of scam artists.
  • Sexy offers for $20/month each...

    By InvestTX
We can subscribe to a whole lot of great appealing subscriptions for 20$ a month EACH! If you don’t subscribe to those, the app is very general and of low interest for the average investor. The free braking news don’t even work and turn off by itself. Way more satisfied with CNBC
  • Issue with Weekly Roundup

    By MOJO_Rules
When trying to view Weekly Roundup, the app shuts down. Works for all other articles, but Weekly Roundup shuts down after viewing fist few paragraphs. This has been happening for quite a while. I have to go online to full site to view.
  • New the street app

    By loftwedge
Absolutely terrible. Gave it one star but in reality it’s not worth that much. Can’t even get the daily mad money recap.
  • No sound

    By Mdandks
Love Jim and the info he provides. However, the app does not play sound in the videos for me. I clicked on Feedback within the app to report the problem. I received an email to call the office. I called, described my problem to them again and they said they would get back a hold of me. Two days later-nothing. Called in this morning and they said they would look into it and get back with me. No record that I had twice previously made them aware of the situation. Two weeks later I emailed them explaining prom still not fixed. Still nothing.
  • What is this?

    By ranola0312
Does it do anything besides just be a black screen.....?
  • Can’t use what you can’t even open

This is not working at all. 2 days of trying!
  • Why?

    By LoLaMC
I want my old app back, not this crap! Oh, never mind, I am here only for Cramer but he is totally losing it. And anyone who blesses a disgusting app like this one is not allowed to comment on tech stocks, anyway... Dec. 22 update: Oh, and anyone who keeps telling his viewers that stocks are still cheap clearly has an agenda and should not be allowed to give any sort of investment advice. Maybe he should make a show focusing on Bitcoin... Luckily the app is now completely broken.
