  • Used to be great now can’t even get in

    Your app used to be fantastic. My kids and I watched it every day . We can no longer log in even though nothing has changed. I just deleted the app it’s so frustrating.
  • Why do you have to login all the time??

    You cannot finish a show when the app ask you to login again with your TV provider!! What can change with your provider in 20 minutes???!! I thought that AMC was bad, this on is by far the worst!!
  • TV Provider Login Page Keeps Refreshing!

    The original Nat Geo TV app (pre-Disney) was fine and it didn’t have the TV provider login page constantly refreshing. This new post-Disney update of the app is a real pain. The login page is constantly refreshing itself. I can login to the app with my regular sign-in but it keeps refreshing when it comes to the TV provider login. If this doesn’t get fixed soon, then I’ll just have to delete the app and watch all my Nat Geo stuff on Hulu instead!
  • Terrible update

    The new update leaves a lot to be desired. It’s slow, clunky to fast forward and pause while watching, and prompts every time I open it that I need to sign in.
  • TV provider sign in crash

    This app just updated on my device and just keeps spinning and resetting to access my fios acct. what I find ironic is that the instruction for how to sign off from your TV provider (which I was going to try in order to see if signing in again might solve this) gives very detailed, step by step instruction how to sign out-but the instructions direct you to menu options that don’t exist! Also navigation, which wasn’t great on the old version, seems worse here as there are few filters and labels.
  • TV provider login stalls

    After pressing the TV provider login button the app goes into a loop saying it is logging in to provider (Verizon FIOS) and never does.

    Well now that I updated the app, it “does not support my TV provider” Kinetic Windstream. Shame on you Nat Geo!!!!! Why would you not support it when all others do? Very disappointed in you!!! Please fix!

    I’m very disappointed it up I want to sign up for tomorrow for a photo of one of the shows at it on there and you got to pay the cable right off of this why is that I recommend you take it out and fix it and make sure nobody else download them very good sleep I’ll recommend to anybody do not download this app
