Description

Introducing the intelligent birth control app. Natural Cycles is a hormone-free method of birth control that learns your unique cycle. The app identifies ovulation by analyzing your basal body temperature which you should measure when you wake up. Natural Cycles is for women over the age of 18. Natural Cycles does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Natural Cycles is only available as a method of birth control in the USA and Europe. In countries outside the USA and Europe, Natural Cycles is intended to be used as a fertility tracker. The app also integrates with the Apple Health App. Natural Cycles is 93% effective under typical use, which means that 7 women out of 100 get pregnant during 1 year of use.* Natural Cycles is 98% effective with perfect use. No method of contraception is 100% effective, even when using the app perfectly you can still have an unintended pregnancy. You must have a subscription to be able to use the app. A free demo mode is available showing how the app works. Natural Cycles shows you: ○ How your unique cycle works ○ Daily updates on where you are in your cycle ○ When you are in the fertile phase of your cycle and need to use protection (e.g. condoms) ○ When your ovulation is detected and predicted ○ When your period is coming up and when you can expect PMS ○ The science behind your menstrual cycle Natural Cycles is: ○ The first and only birth control app available in both the USA and Europe ○ Backed by scientific research ○ CE marked & FDA cleared Pricing Plans: Yearly plan: 99.99 USD/year. Free thermometer included. Monthly plan: 9.99 USD/ month. Thermometer not included. To use the intelligent app you need a two-decimal basal thermometer. Precautions: ○ Natural Cycles’ effectiveness as a contraceptive is not affected by fluctuating temperatures and/or irregular cycles (i.e. cycles shorter than 21 days or longer than 35 days). However, you will experience an increased number of red days as predicting fertility is more difficult in these circumstances. ○ Natural Cycles does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Use a condom to protect against STIs. Want to learn more about Natural Cycles? The thermometer I bought from them is junk. 4 different temperatures, one after the other, ranging from below 97 to 97.5.

Just started using this about a month ago. I paid for the year long subscription which is $99 and includes the thermometer. It’s very easy to use. My dog ate my thermometer and they are sending me a new one, for free! They have awesome customer service. Highly recommend.

My husband and I conceived our first month with this app. Not sure if it was luck or this app was on point to ovulation but either we welcomed a wonderful little boy
  • Hormone free

We struggled to find a birth control that was hormone free. I was using the pill years ago but I really hate the idea of pumping my body with hormones plus it’s not how we want to live out our lives. After trying the family planning method on our own, we ended up pregnant with twins, oops! We have three children now and aren’t afraid to have more but aren’t necessarily trying. This app helps us be more aware of my cycles. The green and red days make our sex life less anxious and it’s fun to look forward to the green. I’d rather take my temperature every morning than take a pill! The app is accurate and at first all the red days seem discouraging (be patient and diligent) but I appreciate the conservative approach in the algorithm. Be ready for a bit of a learning curve as you try to figure out how the app is calculating everything as well as some anxiety about whether you’re doing it correctly. The app sends messages to let you know if your temp reading is good or needs work.

I recommend it to all my friends. Who needs harmful birth control in your body when you can take control of your body in a natural way. Our fertility is not a problem that needs to be solved but a blessing that we can manage in this way. I’ve been cycling with NC for 27 cycles and have successfully prevented pregnancy this entire time. 😊 Happy cycling!

Please let us know there’s a monthly fee before wasting our time creating an account. If you’re willing to pay a monthly amount it seems to have good reviews.

Too many of my friends had crazy side effects from medicinal birth control, and just as many have gotten pregnant on birth control. So I gave this app a shot and I’m truly loving it. I recommend to everyone!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've used this app for over two years as a sexually active woman wanting to prevent pregnancy--and it works! I feel empowered knowing more about by cycle and body and more equipped for conversations with my partners about when we have to be sure to use protection or abstain. It's harder for me to measure regularly when I'm traveling and off my normal schedule, but otherwise, this app and thermometer is simple, empowering and effective.
  • Pregnant on a “Green Day”

My husband and I used the app basically “perfectly,” measuring temp at the same time every day and adhering to rules about abstaining from unprotected sex on a red day. Just found out we are pregnant, with day of conception on a day that was green, several days after ovulation was predicted. I used the app for 7 months successfully prior to this. Proceed with caution.

It’s really cool achieving a deeper understanding of the complexity of the female body. It’s like your own little science experiment! I also find it helpful for tracking how my moods/energy levels/skin conditions could be related to my cycle or not. I don’t think this is its intention, just something extra I do. It takes a little bit of an adjustment getting into the habit of talking your temperature consistently, but it soon becomes automatic. This also sounded much easier than the other NFP methods. I initially started using it because for me, the risks of birth control do not outweigh the benefits.
