If you do not want to purchase a subscription, you may also purchase Footpath Elite on a route-by-route basis with a Single Route Pass. TIPS FOR MAPPING ROUTES • For longer routes, try zooming in and mapping your route in multiple segments. • Tap and hold the map to quickly route between waypoints and POIs. • Did Footpath snap to the wrong roads? Trace over the incorrect segment to edit, or use the eraser tool. • Turn off snap to roads (magnet icon) and zoom in to manually trace the map. (Try switching to a satellite layer). • Displaying maps and continuously running GPS in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Navigate without maps or with the screen off for all day battery life. CONTACT US We've got a lot planned for Footpath. If you’re a runner and travel frequently this is THE app to get. Great UI, amazing functionalities, great price. Don’t miss it.

Wow, what a nice update. The turn by turn cue sheet with voice announcements is fantastic. New editing features are great. I am not one to subscribe to apps, I like to pay once and be done. However this update and the hope for future consistent support and upgrades has persuaded me to subscribe. The subscription price is very reasonable. Keep up the great work.

I seem to start over more than I want. Today , I was trying to map out kayaking route in the mangroves near the intercostal, what a pain.
  • Excellent app! Strange cost strategy

This app is wonderful for planning a route! Probably the best. The problem is with how they want you to pay to upgrade. Charge me a flat rate rather than this odd route saving purchase or monthly subscription fee. The app functions pretty well without paying so I see no reason to upgrade for a few perks that are more for convenience rather than enhancing the experience. Micro transactions are a hard pass for me on any app

It’s a little frustrating at times. It takes a while to get it right and you have to do a lot of the erasing Especially with unintended loops. But I love it I like setting up a nice little course to do on my bicycle just with my fingers on a map. All in all, well done

  • Better than Strava

Purchased an elite subscription as soon as I saw the Cycling Tips article that showed how Strava copied this app with their route finding feature. Innovation should be rewarded, not ripped off. Footpath is better in several ways: its more precise, you can build a route segment-by-segment, you can edit routes, it has automatic loops and out-and-back, it shows elevation, ....
