    I have been on this for almost 5 weeks, I have lost weight, feel healthier, and it has not been hard or felt like deprivation. Through psychology and practical tips I am learning how to control food without feeling like I have to give up everything I enjoy. Highly recommend. I realize that nothing works for everyone, but this is working for me.

    It’s like having a coach in your pocket. Keeping you accountable and aware. I don’t feel hungry or deprived, I’m just more tuned in to my choices. I am losing 1lb a week consistently and this time I feel confident I will keep it off.

    Do Not Join! This is the biggest scam on the Internet. Tried to cancel before the trial was over and they still two withdrawals from my checking account and there’s no one to contact to settle the matter, not even the ‘Coach’

    I kinda ditched Noom early in the game. It was a lot of hand-holding and coaching i didn’t really want. What i really wanted was something very direct and clear, and self-motivating . I decided to take on keto, and the results have been impressive. I still haven’t gotten on a scale, but since New Years Eve, I’ve dropped at least two inches off my waist and chest, and I’m working out daily. I know maybe Noom might work for some folks needing a gentle, conservative approach, but I needed something to kick me hard and give me real numbers to work with. Being in ketosis and wanting to maintain it has been extremely motivating, and I’ve not broken it in seven weeks.

    There great, helpful things about this program. Something for all types of people that want to lose weight in a healthy manner. Support. Myth busters. Psychology. And most of all, for me an old weight watchers the rule: You bite, you write!! No finding paper to write on. No losing the paper. No trying to weigh or measure. Just entry in cell phone with helpful measuring tools. I notice that the goal is to lose my target B4 I have to pay. Way to go!!

    Got this for the coaching. Which was one copy/pasted sentence per day. Some of which were just a question they would ask you then wait 24 hours for a response. Meh meh meh.
