  • Chaos and complicated

    I used this software for 3 months and then we moved to Pipedrive. The reason we moved away is extremely chaotically organized email. Not scalable for bigger projects. So basically if you grow your software will not be helpful anymore. The first biggest reason that entire platform is extremely slow. The chaos in emails is crazy, you can look 5 mins into your emails and can’t understand which email was first and which one was second. Another huge problem is phone integration or T-Mobile connection in particular. (Didn’t try with other providers) I contacted their support at least 15 times and every time instead of fixing they just reset connection and asked me to login again which never fixed the problem. Support is not well educated and not responsive. While you need real time support instead they are over email and not fast. I am dealing with CRM integration and personally do not recommend to install this software. Try something else, I have already wasted my time. Maybe the app is good but app is just a one feature of the CRM but not something you should make your decision based on when choosing your platform.

    The thing I love the most is how mobile this app is. The chrome widget is great for webmail users like gmail. If your on the go and need crm everywhere this is it.

    Most impressive app I think I’ve ever downloaded. I even needed help with a feature and emailed support thinking like most apps I might get a response in a few my surprise it was less than 5 minutes. Support is fantastic and the product is great. Now I just have to learn all the features.
  • The ONLY CRM you need!

    I have been using Cloze for two years now, and can’t live without it! It has many great features you need to learn how to use. My favorite feature means you never have to type a contact in two places... Your CRM and your phone. I have all my contacts sync with my phone and tablet and vice versa. My calendar syncs, my To-do list from my phone syncs to the agenda, and so does any other To-do’s I create for a client or prospective client. I see some bad reviews on here by people who do not understand how to work the program. It is not that complicated, but once you know how to do a few things you are off to the races. It is worth every penny and more. My other favorite feature is I use Evernote for client information. I can see all their Evernote notes, emails and phone calls all in the timeline. This is an amazing CRM. Anytime I have had trouble, which is rare, support has always been very helpful! Don’t buy another CRM... Ditch Outlook and G-Suite. This does so much more and better!
  • Raising the price while lowering the quality of product ?

    I’ve been using this for about a year now, and have been unhappy with how SLOW this actually is. It may take up to minutes for the inbox screen to actually fully load even when I’m connected to wifi. It also takes extremely long for new emails to actually appear on the inbox screen, when they’ve been in inbox for sometimes hours already. Now to top if off, you guys want to raise the price on the renewal... I’m not sure if I’ll be renewing the membership. While the idea behind it and the actual interface are both really good, helpful and easy to navigate, the actual app is so slow running that it makes me BARELY use it. Having to constantly click the reload button for emails that have been there for hours to actually appear on my inbox screen is frustrating and time consuming. I have absolutely no problem with paying for these types of services but if you’re going to raise the price first work on your product

    I work for numerous companies with numerous employees and Cloze is crucial in helping me stay in contact and stay on task. The features I love the most are the email open tracking, scheduled emails, custom fields with anniversary reminders, email templates, and last but not least the files sections that compiles all the files I sent or received from a specific client. I took me a week to get used to the User Interface and now, nothing else out there makes the cut.

    We use Cloze as our primary form of recording contacts and staying in touch with our prospects. We particularly like the way it works so nicely on the phone and makes it easier to keep track of activities. It’s also worth mentioning that their support is responsive and effective. The extension they developed for browsers make it much easier to enter prospects into the database from their LinkedIn profile.
