  • Almost what I need

So, Diabetes management is a personal thing. And I’ve had Type 1 diabetes for over 22 years, and I’ve battled through good and bad times. But I’m emotionally and medically ready to get extremely serious about my care and I’ve found these app extremely useful at helping me manage my disease. It stores a lid of my information, things I used to scrawl onto little slips of paper and logbooks 20 years ago, now all gets stored together, and to add my daily steps to that is genius. That said, I only have given 4 stars because of a major Time-bug that always happens when O record anything... say I tested my sugar at 1pm and logged something....then say at 5pm I eat something and log something matter what I log, meds, carbs, blood sugars, the time always flips backwards to the last logged time. And I have to manually edit everything again. It’s highly annoying. And for an application dealing with technical knowledge and experience, it needs to be patched. That said, even with the annoyance, I am as healthy as I have ever been, and I really feel indebted to the way this app has allowed me to manage my disease. Look forward to being able to give it the 5 stars it deserves.
  • Time Consuming to Enter Logs

Recent update forces each log entry to be done separately. You can no longer enter glucose level and medications in one screen with ease. I’ve been using the app five years and since the acquisition it’s been increasingly difficult to use as they work to use inconvenience to increase paid subscribers.
  • So extremely easy to use!

I have been using this APP for about 6-8 years and it only continues to get better. Very easy to use, flexible to adapt to your daily routine and track everything and/or anything you need to track health-wise. It has been a great tool to me. All you need in one APP.

The recent updates do not make using this product easier. They actually make it more time consuming. The program used to remember my last weight so entering daily weight was only a minor adjustment. Now I have to scroll a much longer time to find the right number. In addition the blood pressure tracker displayed your last reading before you entered a new one so again there might be minimum scrolling. If I have to enter a new figure each time I don’t need the scroll wheel.
  • New update

I’ve been using this program for years, but as the new update ruined the ease of usage, I won’t be using it any more. Bye
  • Sorry you changed the app

I’ve been using this app for a few years and have been pleased that I could track blood sugar, carbs and most importantly the 24 individual medications that I take daily- several prescriptions are multiple times daily. A few days ago the app was changed and I now have several more keystrokes or ‘buttons to push’ because each medication has to be logged individually, then then add medicine and then save. Previously I could click down my entire drug list on 1 page, then click through the dosages all on 1 page at one time and then save. So I now need to go through adding each drug at a time which is time consuming and frustrating. I have dexterity mobility issues. I wish this new change could be undone. This new change did not enhance this application in any way.
  • Nice buddy to have

I have used the program for a few years. It works for me
  • Selling products

I purchased this today including the annual fee because it was rated highly. I enrolled, etc. So far I cannot get past their ridiculous ad for a scale. If I hit log glucose levels, more ads & no information. This is useless.
  • Went downhill in a flash

It is a good idea, all my health info in one place. But it was taking forever to load and update my info. And now the app has solved the refusing to load at all. I have reloaded the app three times, and it works for a couple of times before locking up. Now it won’t load at all. Of course, it keeps asking me to upgrade to the premium version. If the regular version won’t work, why in the world would I want to pay $30 to see it not work?
