    Please add the auto-play features on Apple TV devices so I can turned it off the auto-play features to get rid of older episodes I already watched!!
  • Commercial mess up

    I truly love CBS. I love to watch on the app. Except the glitch during commercials. They start, play part of the advertisement, then suddenly start the commercials over. I watched the same 15 second over and over again. 9 times. Please update the app. What’s up. Why do you have such a glitchy app?
  • Worst video player ever

    I always get “Fatal Error. Video unavailable” even though I’ve downloaded the episode. Can’t fast forward, so I have to sit through intros and recaps. Rewind never works either. This app is no where near the quality of Netflix yet they think they should get the same amount of money.

    As others have noted, accessing CBS on my iPad is a challenge. I, too, thought it related to internet connectivity, but that is not the case as other local channels come in just fine. Often, selecting a show, causes "The Eye" to just spin and go nowhere. Very frustrating. As for you "Star Trek: Discovery" fans: Know that the first season is already out on DVD. No surprise there. It might have started out exclusively through their "CBS All Access", but I knew it was just a matter of time before the "powers that be" would realize that they were losing out on another revenue stream.

    The only thing I don’t like about the app is that if you stop in the middle of a show and quit the app when you come back later it doesn’t remember where you were and you have to start over again.
  • TV Provider not supported in area.

    This app is the only one that says my tv provider is not supported in my area. I’m with Spectrum and it’s hard to believe that the #1 cable company in my area isn’t supported when it’s also one of the defaults to go to. Even trying to go to the website to link them together sends me back to the app making it Useless for me unless I want to watch the same 5 free episodes.

    Why can’t a viewer delete shows from “Shows I Watch”? Because right now there are three shows that I _don’t_ watch listed there because I cannot prevent the app from auto-playing a show after I finish watching my chosen show and don’t exit quickly enough. Fix it. $6/mo is too much to pay for such a shoddy piece of “work”. While you’re at it, cut out auto-play altogether, or allow the viewer to disable this annoyance. Don’t get me started on the $10/mo commercial-free-but-not-really nonsense. CBS is a multi-billion-$ a year corporation, and lazy or careless, or greedy, or all of the above. Other apps on which I watch live tv have no problem showing a “show will resume after this break” sign while they show non-paying viewers the ads.
