    I had loved my Jawbone food journal and could never find anything I liked since. I also love my Apple Watch. This food journal app is the best I’ve ever used. It syncs perfectly with my watch activity. This is all I’ve ever dreamed of!

    I love the app. It’s so helpful in tracking my macros. There is a glitch where it shuts down when making a meal to save. I would scan a food and the app shuts off. 😊

    I love this app but the only downside is that it is synced to my Apple Watch and it counts my steps from my watch and my phone. So this makes the calories burned incorrect. It’s actually doubling my burned calories. I didn’t figure this out until recently, so if you are like me and always have your phone on you and your watch, just remember to deduct one or the other so it is not misleading. Other than that, I love the app!

    I need help syncing your app to my iPad. I have the app on both my iPhone and iPad but it won’t sync. I’ve been on WW and have been struggling with their Free Style program because of their O point foods concept. I started using the My plate app to track my foods and quickly found that the 0 point foods were not 0 calories. I was taking in lots more calories which, according to WW were 0 points! Now instead of counting points, I’m counting calories and watching my portion intake. What a blessing this app is to people like me who don’t have portion control. This app is so much more realistic than the WW app! I love it!

    THIS IS HONESTLY THE MOST CONVENIENT HEALTH APP EVER! It has everything a person may need, it is super simple and easy to use, I am a dietician, and this is one of the most accurate apps concerning calorie count and nutrient composition I ever came across. AND THE BEST PART IS, you have many things you can do with the free version! This is really awesome! THANK YOU.
