  • Home screen icon will not change under iOS 12.1.4

    By fletch622
Although marked to change the icon within the app, the home screen icon will not change to one’s favorite team on XS Max devices running iOS 12.1.4. Please assess and advise.
  • New changes make it worse

    By Sedrikkk
The more "features" they add the worse the app gets. The new layout for the scores makes it so you have to scroll a lot to see the scores. I don't need to see the video and player links on the score page. If I want details of a specific game, I can decide to look into it. When it comes to the "latest" tab, the news is more important than videos. The videos relate to games, and if I wanted to see highlights I can go look at the full recap. Video is up to a minute behind live TV and the box score. The time on the score sheet will often freeze.
  • Good app, lacking team icons.

    By Sabres87
I love this app, but it seems bias with the home icons. I’m a Sabres fan and wanted to switch my icon to Sabres. Unfortunately, there isn’t one, actually, there are a lot of teams missing. Why? Please fix this with the next update.
  • No Presidents Trophy but a solid 2nd seating

Don’t listen to all the people crying about blackouts and I can’t watch my local team they obviously didn’t read the TOS. I’ve never heard of nor will I ever expect there to be an app to circumvent local broadcasting rights that huge money is paid for so get over it. Now, the app it’s self as far as functionality is pretty decent does it buffer and is the picture quality less than 1080p 60fps during high volume, yes, but for the most part it’s pretty reliable. The developer that handles both the MLB/NHL apps puts out a pretty decent product. Compared to the NBA League Pass app(720p 30fps) NHL TV is a Ferrari
  • Broken

    By Drunky225
For a lack of actual highlights and information about stats for players and teams this app is really bad. It’s slow, clunky and for the last week has crashed 5 seconds into opening which lets me see when my team plays and that’s it.
  • Worst app ever

  • More crashes than a mall parking lot on Black Friday

    By ThomasMiller17
I can promise you that you will not be able to watch a full game without some sort of error or crash. The NHL subscription is the worst program I’ve ever signed up for. Also don’t count on watching any playoff games if they are on a major cable station (which almost all are)... one of the largest wastes of money in 2019. Do yourself a favor and keep that $120+ it’s not worth it.
  • Playback is terrible.

    By junowhatt
Always defaults to the lowest quality to the point where you can’t see anything. No setting to adjust the video quality.
  • Ruined games

    By mertin23
This app is awful. Just like all the other apps on every platform provided by Nhl. They freeze a lot, especially in the 3rd periods. Why offer a service if you are too incompetent to implement it?
  • Horrendous

    By JBRally88
Not only is the app very slow and filled with bugs, but imagine spending over $100 for NHL.tv and then 80% of the time the games won’t load, you wait countless minutes for them to buffer during plays, or the picture quality constantly goes from HQ to grain because that’s what happens, even when your WiFi is at full strength.
