    After 5 days of trying to log in, I gave up. iTunes said the purchase was not available for a refund. Zinio said they could not give me a refund after 22 help emails. Both said I had to contact the publisher. 30 minutes on the phone with the publisher and they could not find me in their system which meant that they couldn’t give me a refund. Finally, a phone call to Apple support to complain resulted in a credit. What a frustrating experience!

    The app just does not work. You still have to purchase all the past magazines in order to view them. The only magazine you are able to view is the most recent one. Very disappointed.

    Subscribed through iTunes for a full year, yet I can only see one issue. All the other ones appear for sale or for subscribing again. They need to update the software - make it work!

    Despite my best efforts at logging in online and on the app, I am still unable to view the magazine online or in the app. Dealing with the app developer has been a nightmare of several emails back-and-forth with no resolution. I give up. I will wait for my snail mail issue to arrive.

    If I could leave negative stars I would. After having been a print subscriber for almost 20 years I thought I’d streamline my life and do the digital thing instead. BIG mistake! This app won’t restore my purchases. Only have 1 edition for all of 2018. Won’t be renewing this one. Saveur you’ve lost a 20+ year reader.
