    I have just subscribed to 1 year user with one week free trial which ends March 1 2019. I assume I can read all the earlier issues, but indeed I was asked to pay issue by issue. How to solve this issue?

    I subscribed through iTunes. The new update will not let me restore my purchases and I’ve lost every magazine I’ve gotten for the past four years. EDIT: After complaining here, I got a prompt response and it’s now all good 24 hours later.
  • Abysmal App

    Updates are brutal. Have been a subscriber for many years. With latest update, will not recognize account, email or even printed account # on magazine. UI is difficult to navigate when it works. Overall experience is an embarrassment for such a journalistic institution.
  • Unhappy print digital subscriber.

    Have been Time print subscriber and then print digital subscriber. Furious with new app. Have lost all issues previously downloaded since April 12 2010, including purchased Special issues. Followed steps to enter subscription info. Have issues to 4/28/14. Downloaded issues disappear and reappear when sync. Where are the missing issues I previously downloaded.
  • Current Magazine & Digital Subscription Log In Not Working

    I’m not able to log in since updating the app on my iPhone and iPad. Both my username or first nine digits of my account come back “not recognized”. Then the only way to contact support is via email. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling and the problem still occurred. Verified via the web that the email and account numbers were the same. I had an issue a few months ago after I renewed my subscription for print and digital that they had changed my account number. Both numbers currently match. To bad I didn’t read the reviews before I downloaded the update.

    I have had a TIME Magazine subscription since December, 1966. My latest subscription is purely digital. I now have an ITunes subscription...or I thought I did. As of this morning, the application (now through Zinio) no longer works. I have no issues, no archive. NOTHING!!! I have had problems with ZINIO on other publications. Every time ZINIO takes a publication, I cringe. I have had it with ZINIO. I’ll air this out on Twitter.

    I have been a Time magazine subscriber for over 40 years. About two years ago switched to electronic only. Have accessed my subscription electronically for years with no problem. Same problem with my money magazine subscription from same publisher. Recent update had not only locked me out of current issues but have lost all saved issues. Recognizes my email name but not password or account number. Totally unacceptable. I am still getting daily emails with stories, but the app still asks me to purchase a single issue or trial. Both magazines apps, have been totally f**ked up with latest update.

    My subscription just stopped working. I wrote in to ask for help and it took 24 hours to get back in. Then the most recent issues were not available. I emailed again and was told an issue that was 2 weeks old was the most recent. Come on guys, this is ridiculous. I love Time mag but this is time I will never get back
  • iTunes subscriber since 2012 (NOT print + digital), can’t restore purchases

    Have been a subscriber via iTunes only since 2012. Completely unable to get paid-for current and back issues into my library. Followed directions to create an account, tapped on “restore purchases” and my library remains empty. Tried to sync library, it remains empty. Have another iPad running older version of app which works fine which suggests this is a problem with the updated app. Note: I do NOT have a 9-digit “Print + Digital account number as I subscribed directly through iTunes and do not get the print version. Absolutely terrible and a very unhappy longtime customer.
