Uber is a ridesharing app for fast, reliable rides in minutes – day or night. There’s no need to park or wait for a taxi or bus. With Uber, you just tap to request a ride, and it’s easy to pay with credit card or cash (in selected cities only). Whether you’re going to the airport or across town, there’s an Uber for every occasion. Uber is available in more than 500 cities worldwide – download the app and take your first trip today. Requesting your Uber is easy – here’s how it works: - Just open the app and tell us where you want to go. - The app uses your location so your driver knows where to pick you up. - You’ll see your driver’s picture and vehicle details, and can track their arrival on the map. - Payment can be made by credit card, cash (in selected cities only), Apple Pay, PayPal and more. - After the ride, you can rate your driver and provide feedback to help us improve the Uber experience. You’ll also get a receipt by email. Need a simple way to get from A to B quickly? Take uberX, our most affordable option for individual travel. Want to save money on your ride? Take uberPOOL – you’ll travel with other riders heading in the same direction, and enjoy a lower fare. Want a more exclusive experience? Take a high-end vehicle with UberBLACK. And there are even more options – whether you’re travelling with a big group or need a vehicle with accessibility features. • Terrible service

    By IceyAj
Uber failed to pick me up where I supposed to be picked up from as well as not paid me back my $14.85 for the Uber in whole. Then gave only $5 Uber credit. Definitely not worth at all what is this some type of game? We can’t even contact you guys from inside the app no service at just an automated online system that redirects you to the same screen! I’m infuriated
  • Uber app

    By Doc HCC
Very easy to use except it used an address one half block away instead of the one I put in
  • One bad rating and everybody cancels on you

    By Pls. Read!!!
Not even sure what happened I think I got a bad driver one time and I ended up with a 4.2 as my rating ( I don’t Uber much) and now every time I request an Uber they cancel on me.

  • Double tip

    By unbrr1
You double tipped me on my ride How do I get that reversed
  • Tried in Orlando

    By Frustrated New Yorker
We tried to use Uber in Orlando twice where the driver canceled on us and we were charged $5.75 and never were picked up.
  • Great ride in Salinas!

My first time ever! Rodney was prompt, safe and friendly. I’d definitely Uber again.
  • Need to fix map

    By Xelaju4
Great service and good drivers, but your mapping software keeps sending drivers down the wrong streets. I’d love to help you fix it, but there is no way to give you MAP Feedback like with Waze.
  • Bad driver

    By $&@9@
I did not cancel. The driver did!
  • Riding with Dogs: Easy Emoji?!

    By Cate D!
I am moving to a city this summer without a car for the first time (small town girl) and am going to have my dog with me. I know uber will let dogs ride in cars that the drivers allow, but I was wondering if y’all had thought of adding a feature that lets drivers know immediately that you will have a dog with you?! Like a dog emoji that will pop up beside my name and obviously they still have the right to accept or decline my ride?! Then there is no need to let them accept my ride and then have to ask their permission for my dog to come too! -From A Dog Momma
