    The prices are almost tripled for the same rides since two years ago. They doubled and lately prices are tripled . Will not use.

    I wasn’t on this ride and I resent being charged for it!!! I never got a confirmation or driver or car description. The site kept telling me that there was something wrong with my phone service. That’s the last time I call Uber. Thanks for nothing.
  • Rude driver

    Driver refused to take drive me to my destination. All of a sudden he decided to drop me in the gas station stating that my destination is close enough and I can walk. It was about 3/4 of a mile distance. When I asked him to him what was his reason he stated that I requested the Colony in Malibu and that’s where the Waze directed him to. Driver refused to drive me to my destination. I has to walk with my bags for almost a mile. That’s is cruelty. As far as I’m concerned. I tried to argue with him and changed his mind but he started to curse me and threaten me. Needless to say I was scared .

    Our driver got stuck in traffic and called to say he couldn’t get to us. He said we wanted to cancel and get another ride so we did. We got charged for cancelling. That’s BS! Funny that a one star means all the nicknames u give are taken.

    I would give them a 5 star rating... but my phone number and account info changed and no way to change my info... no customer support phone number and the prompt guided support doesn’t list my problem
  • No phone contact for visually impared customers

    First time user. Scheduling pickup in advance for eye surgery. First time didn’t go through, but accepted my advance deposit. Tried again. Second time it scheduled pickup for today, not date I wanted. Cancellation couldn’t be done via driver assigned. Called emergency uber number and they couldn’t help me. First 2 drivers canceled on their end, but uber assigns a new driver. Third driver, Kenneth, finally was able to walk me through app enough to cancel on app. Uber is NOT user friendly for handicapped!!!!!!!
