  • Stop Turning Breaking News Back On

    By Adament cause
Every. Single. Time. There's an app update, you, for some reason, re-enable breaking news alerts. Stop.
  • Stop leading with the NBA

    By petrorne
I do not want to see NBA scores.
  • Every update becomes more unusable

    By akpoint12
With every update the app becomes more frustrating to use. At this point clicking on a story is basically useless as it takes MINUTES to open worth showing it it even working. ESPN has the best roster of writers in the business so it pretty much stinks that trying to read a story by any of them is an exercise in frustration. How about you make sure the content posted on the app is actually accessible instead of adding more bells and whistles? People do actually access the app to get scores and read some news not be inundated by videos from your opinion shows here too.
  • Added Auto Play Video ads

    By sports bar fan
You cant just hit the app to see scores and updates. Not they embedded autoplay ads throughout the right column. This is why paid athletic content sites are growing. God awful
  • Wow

Great app Shows every sport you can watch some of them you can listen. Just need decent WiFi and it will work. It shows all of the stats before in the middle and at the end of games and has articles. AMAZING
  • Add Minor League Baseball

    By mgoring10
It would be much appreciated and very useful if MiLB was added to the app and able to get score updates. Also if we could get score updates and standings for College Baseball, that would make the ESPN app much better
  • Does not work

    By Awe thanks to the
I reinstalled the app over 50 times in the past three months. I’ve been to the Apple Store and had my phone factory reset. This is the only app on my phone that doesn’t work. I’ve contacted you over and over And berated you over your lack of response and assistance. You have proved my rants to be true. You have not responded or done anything to correct your deficiencies within the app. Read these words very carefully “thank you for nothing.”
  • One Star for ESPN+, -1000 on PS4

    By angry-dev
I bought an ESPN+ subscription to watch UFC content. On iOS, everything’s tolerable. It’s not the best video streaming app but it’s usable. More importantly, it’s searchable. 2 stars for iOS because it’s 2019 and you’re owned by Disney. On PS4, as confirmed by a tech support agent who was polite and professional but absurdly hard to find, there is no search function. (sidebar: seriously, why did you make it so hard to find help? And if you didn’t actively make it hard, which would be evil, why have you absentmindedly made it so difficult?) So if I wanted to watch Anderson Silva vs Rich Franklin at UFC 77, I’m looking at no less than twenty minutes of pure scrolling through a seemingly unordered list of every UFC event. You guys are already making a /get for all of the content, how hard is it to implement a search function?! Let me supply the params, and then you make the /get request. In other words, implement a basic search! Without it your thousands of hours of content is simply unreachable. I will be canceling. Imagine Hulu or Netflix with no search. It’s just unthinkable to not have this feature. This is bare minimum, MVP stuff for a streaming service. You guys are better than this.
  • The app was much better before last update

    By doktop1
I was an avid user of the app and enjoyed that I could get everything sports in one place. Never went to iPhone podcast app, just used espn app in addition to scores... the new update removed the link to podcasts from bottom of screen and now you can’t see if updated versions of podcasts came out on a given day. Makes you wonder who makes these decisions and are these people in touch with how app is used. If you are a developer please fix what you broke. It was much better! Thanks!
