  • Transition bw Wolters Kluwer & Apple subscription= get ready to be the ping pong ball

So Wolters Kluwer used to offer 5MCC and other valuable programs under Lexi-Complete at a fair price, and I used to pay in advance for 3 years. Now Wolters Kluwer doesn’t offer 5MCC anymore- in fact! If you want all those programs 5MCC, it will cost you $799 for 1 year!!! Apple now offers a subscription where you can get Lexi-Complete for $30/mo which I’ve heard continues to offer those drug programs as well as 5MCC. Must subscription will end 2/16/19–and I have been ping ponged back and forth bw Wolters Kluwer and Apple. No one can add the subscription for $30/mo for me. Wolters Kluwer did not handle their transition well and the customer is left waisting time, and I STILL don’t have any resolution! Grrrrrrrr

Lexicomp is my go-to for drug and other info. Unfortunately every time I try to change the defaults to have sections closed on the monographs, the app crashes. Been a problem for a long time

This app is great for pharmacists but I've noticed more bugs recently. I can't update my interactions database which is pretty important!

Last year I paid $304.95 for Lexi-Comp Complete. This year they want $799.00 plus tax after removing some databases. Who do they think they are? It is a good app. It is not a great app. It is certainly not worth more than doubling their price for fewer databases. My subscription has now expired and will not be renewed. There are alternatives.

I made an account on your website to get the 30 day trial and when signing into the app it doesn’t ask me to activate the trial.
  • Works great, could use an interface update

Overall the app is snappy and quick to use and seems to be up to date with the latest phone sizes. Sometimes the information and fonts seem a little off centered. I’ve been using this product as far back as Palm OS 15 years ago. It works very well, but is slow to adapt to new technology. Lots more potential to utilize latest iOS tools.
  • Price and packages no longer helpful or affordable

Wanted to renew my subscription to Lexi-complete couldn’t find it and customer service told me it’s no longer available. The closest option is $799 per year. And 5 minute clinical consult is no longer available. Complained that this was twice the price of my last subscription and half the amount of time and she then told me Lexi complete was still available directly through Apple for $30 per month. I cannot find it and cannot afford $799 for a new subscription. Wolters kluwer must change this
