Customer service is terrible. They don’t really care about fixing your problem.

I’ve used RunKeeper for a few years and have been happy until I started running with AppleWatch and leaving my phone at home. The RunKeeper watch app will often crash when trying to end the run and you lose the entire run. It’s happened at least 4 times in the few weeks I’ve been using the watch app.
  • I keep losing my sync from watch to phone app

2/19: I know that this is not an app specific problem, but it is a Runkeeper problem. I use my Garmin watch for all Run activities as to not waste phone battery. It is synced with RunKeeper. RunKeeper has a problem maintaining accuracy of the import information. It added 6 min to my exercise time - Garmin says 1:08 and RunKeeper says 1:14. Which also modifies my pace information. WTH? The same Garmin data is synced to Strava and Ilovetorun.com. They all report the correct duration. It’s only RunKeeper that will periodically have a malfunction. I looked it up on the internet and see other people have complained about this issue. I don’t save my Garmin activities right after I finish because I wait until I see the recovery info on the watch. Is RunKeeper adding this non-exercise time to the duration? No clue. I can’t modify time on the app and have to go to the web. Which that can create a whole other issue because one time my distance was modified in error too. Don’t make the mistake of not selecting the correct exercise mode when you do use the app to track activities. It’s an act of God to change it. I have to go to the web to change a default walk to a run because I didn’t set it correctly prior to starting. I look forward to using the half marathon training program in May when I start training. Let’s see how that goes. Old reviews: All the music support is for Spotify. Can we get some support for Rhapsody?

Low on battery, functional on airplane mode, straight to the point logistic monitoring, and really cool voice "coaches" to choose from. My ONLY request is....is it possible to get a Sonic the Hedgehog voice coach, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Wanted to test it out before purchasing.

I was looking for an App that I could use for walking and/or running, basically to replace an older one I had used. I was told by some friends that this was a good one to try. Alas, can’t use it without signing up. I value my privacy, and don’t like to sign up for things that I don’t know what is kept by the developers. Thus, won’t try this. Oh well. Going to go find another App to try.
