  • Not a very sophisticated algorithm

    The lifts provided repeat every workout. The only apparent change between workouts Is that the weight lifted in each set slightly increase and the number of sets/repetitions increase as well. Also, the amount of prescribed weight increases is incompatible with standard weight sets (think of going from 120 to 125 on dumbbell bench, 62.5 dumbbells are not commonly available). After two weeks of using this program, I am lifting lifting less weight and more sore due to fatigue from doing the same lifts 3 times with just higher weights and more reps. These kind of issues should’ve never made it out of beta testing and seem to represent an over reliance on unsophisticated algorithms.

    Constant freezing after one day use n only playing music there is no timer to tell you that your done with a exercise only the rest all around not worth the money

    So I want to brag a little bit. A year and a half ago I was in the worst place of my life. I had collapsed while trying to play with my kids at the camp ground and went into a sever Asthma attack to the point where they had to perform cpr. All I did was ran about 40’ to catch my son. 40’ at the most mind you. I was 305 lbs 4x shirts and 44 pants. I couldn’t sleep at night my knees always hurt and I was going through a inhaler a week. Yesterday morning I stepped on the scale 238.8 lbs. I wear a xl shirt and 36 size jean. We went through my closet and donated my entire wardrobe of fat cloths. I had lost most of my weight using my fitness pal and the macro counter no special diet just walking and going to the gym. I had went down to I believe 260 that way. When I started using this app and pushing harder I’ve gained muscle drop from 29% body fat to 23% and last night I was able to run around the park with my granddaughter. I owe a lot of success to this app. To the developers thank you for this great essential tool.

    This app is like your personal coach with you! I personally like how I can change the exercises listed with ones I want and can do without bursting my joints. It tracks my progress. I look forward to how it will increase my weights over time. This is the fourth fitness app I’ve tried too! Thank you to the developers for creating an actual app for experienced and beginning body builders!

    Can I have a refund? I just bought and honestly didn’t mean too. My thumbprint has my card info and i bought it on accident. Y’all can take my subscription away. I would love my money back though.

    This is a great app for your workouts! When I’m the app and doing your workout, the screen doesn’t darken making you wake your phone. It stays right there. Your workouts are customizable and the animations for each exercise are very instructive. They even have text to read that tells you how to do each exercise. My workouts have taken OFF since I started using this app. Get it. Use the free trial or whatever, or pay the reduced yearly cost. You won’t regret it. Caution: it looks complicated. I was dubious about using it. I worked through all my concerns during my first workout. Do one workout, and you’ll see how great it is. Best app I’ve ever used. Life changing.
