    I love how calmed Sam’s voice is and how he explains the rationale and purpose behind each practice. I felt so much more relieved and less anxious about my work, relationship in my daily life after going through the practice. Often we spend time focusing on physical training but neglect the importance of building up the mental strength and fortitude, which ultimately translates to living a happy life and having better relationships. Cannot recommend this enough.

    This app- and those who have developed it are amazing. I have wanted to get involved with meditation for so long. I have heard of the benefits of meditation and have been encouraged to try it. But despite my curiosity and interest, I wasn’t able to really get into it. This app was an answer for someone like me. It is easy to navigate and stick with. Sam’s voice is soothing and the words he speaks make sense. I am so thankful I found this app. I would recommend it to everyone.

    Heard about Sam’s app through Joe Rogans podcast about a year ago. Finally saw that it came out and downloaded it immediately. I have attempted to meditate inconsistently for a while before downloading this and have realized it’s exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this app to anyone interested in meditation.

    I’m on day 21 in the app and loving it. I’ve already noticed a lessening of anxiety. I was out in public and nearing a freak out when my brain suddenly snapped back to baseline after it took note of what was appearing in consciousness. It really stopped the horror show of thoughts. I’ve been recommending this app to everyone. Thank you so much.

    This course is extremely helpful. Sam Harris explains this practice in a very gradual and straightforward way which enables the user of the app to apply these lessons during everyday activities. He’s made a simple but difficult practice very accessible through these lessons.

    This man is truly generous and kind. This app is the best out of the 4 or 5 apps I’ve used. I have a year subscription because the methods sam used to explain meditation are fundamentally simple and its almost like a guide to his mind. In hearing his calm rational and methodical explanations of meditation have brought me closer to how I once felt meditating many many years ago, far more so than anything I’ve tried since. Mind blow!
