  • Free trial is not free!

I downloaded the app and signed up for the free trial. I did not like the app or content so I cancelled my subscription on my iPhone well before the free trial was over. I was still charged when the trial was over. I thought okay fine maybe it’s a one time charge but next month I was charged again. I have spoken to Fender customer service about this. Hopefully it gets cancelled and I get my refund like they promised. I might expect this from some small company I’ve never heard of but not a company like Fender.

When using airplay on my Apple TV, the “this video is playing of your tv” overlay never goes away. Very annoying and makes it hard to focus on the video

  • Waste of time

With all of the online tools one has access to I can say this one was a waste of money and time. Pegheadnation , Homespun are both better options with professional musicians with dep roots in teaching. I would suggest try each and see the one that fits best.
  • Good, but VERY slow to develop

This is good but feels like it is written for someone with zero music experience. I have very limited guitar experience and find myself wanting to jump ahead on many of these.
  • It is the best!

I am so happy about this app but one thing about it is that it cost $50 a month after your 2 week trial but other that that it is the best way to learn your ukulele I definitely recommend it to you it has been my 3 week of learning the ukulele and I have been taking my time I usually practice every other day after school I am now learning to transition into different notes and the best part is you can ask questions to who ever is teaching you I am a little bit weird but I like to play my ukulele backwards and they said it is ok as long as I tone it backwards so I did and I am having no trouble with this app what so ever they also show videos on how to do everything step by step I definitely recommend this to you and if you get this app I really hope you love it as much as I do!
  • Hate the business model

I have no tolerance for free-to-download apps that give absolutely no insight into what the content is like until you fork over your credit card info. It wouldn’t kill you guys to have some starter content available that would provide enough of a taste to let people decide if they want to continue, rather than inducing people to start a free trial and then hoping they forget to turn off the auto renewal.
  • Great job, great songs!

I am really enjoying this out, I bought a years subscription, because I have made fast progress. I am a blind person, I would hope that the app developers would make the entire app optimize for voiceover on the iPhone, or iPad. The instructors are wonderful, they are very descriptive, which allows me to learn the techniques that they are teaching. Keep up the good work.
