  • Makes meal planning easy

I like how I can save recipes for later use. The queue is great for a shorter list for things I want to try soon. The grocery list is wonderful. I use that for a packing list when we go camping. It is fun to share recipes with other friends. Overall, I renew every year.

Don’t be fooled by a free app. You have to subscribe to this service to use it.
  • Love it!

I am so thankful a friend had recommended plan to eat to me. This app is useful to add recipes to my account and get a shopping list ready.
  • Love!

Love this app- only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the price. $40 is steep, but otherwise this app is awesome. I love that I can import recipes from a website. It’s so easy to use and I use it all the time.
  • Only app I pay for!

This app has streamlined grocery shopping, and keeps track of all of my recipes. Planning meals for the week is so easy, and the checklist makes shopping a breeze. I now get to try new recipes every week with no fuss. Try it free for 30 days to see if you love it as much as I do.
  • Wish they would be up front on the pricing

Need a membership to use the app once you’ve downloaded it. Guess what, the membership is $38.99 a year. So that was disappointing 😥
  • Makes meal planning a snap!

Combine this with something like grocery delivery or pick up, go shopping in your own pantry, you’ll save headache in time for grocery shopping. I can’t recommend it enough, and if you wait you can get it for sale on Black Friday!!
  • Changes my weekly routine!

I love both the Plan to Eat app and website! It’s saved us so much on our grocery budget (eliminating unnecessary purchases) and saves me at dinner time when I plan the week out! I use it daily/weekly/monthly and can’t go without it!
  • Great meal planning tool!

Plan to Eat is very helpful for weekly meal planning and for grocery list planning. There’s an area for recipes, which can be added manually or very easily imported from the web. Love this feature and use it frequently. There’s a calendar feature for adding either the recipes or your own notes to the days of the week. And then the app will take the plan and convert it into a grocery shopping list. Before I started using the app, I would go grocery shopping with big ideas for what I was going to cook for the week. But later end up with ingredients that I couldn’t remember what I was going to use them for. Another benefit is that having a plan goes a long way toward being organized and staying on track. Coming home from work and not knowing what I was going to cook for supper often led to eating out and less healthy food choices. Plan to Eat has helped tremendously in this area.
  • Best app for meal planning

I’ve tried a lot of systems for meal planning and this is the best. You enter your recipes into the site once and then you can search and drag them onto your calendar and it auto generates a shopping list. The list itself syncs between devices very quickly so it’s easy to make changes while someone is at the store and they can see the new items. I also really like that you can search for recipes others have entered into the site, because sometimes you feel like something new.
