    I’ve been a big fan of Jillian for some years now. By far this fitness program is her best yet. It’s almost like she is working out with me in my gym. I have recommended this fitness program to several friends, and even my grown children.
  • Great workouts, but limited customization

    I wish you had the ability to add length to these workouts based on your fitness level from the base programs and not just customization tracks. Also, background music is super repetitive!! Please switch it up, the music has been the same for over a year. App is glitchy when trying to use your own playlist. Lastly, it would be nice to sync other workouts you do like running, rowing, etc. just to track overall calories burned and days that you worked out within the app.

    I have tried other workouts but I always come back to Jillians workouts because they are effective in a short amount of time. You start to see results right away. She knows how to combine the right one exercises and the workouts are the perfect length of time. Just when you think you can’t go anymore it is time for the cool down and stretch. Love the app. So convenient for home or on the road.

    Great app great workouts. I do wish in the first phase she would do call outs. Such as left leg forward, or right jab left cross. Between sets it would be nice if the picture was not blurred out so I could get set up for next set. Different descriptions I don’t always know exactly what the next exercise is. I would highly recommend the workout.

    I am so impressed with this app. I love how I can follow one of the many programs or sneak in 7 minutes of abs. I have been following the Transform 90 and already see and feel a difference. I feel firmer, smaller and I move through life stronger. Jillian is a smart woman who understands the many facets of fitness. Here are some of my favorite features: swapping out exercises you don’t like for others you do, the workout generator that allows you to create your own program, the clear and no nonsense exercises, the fact that it asks you what equipment you have(I finally can use my workout bench), the recipes and it syncing with Apple health. I am a fan of working out at home: I can wear whatever, keep an eye on dinner, don’t have to drive, save money, etc. This app is the answer to my prayers!

    So, full disclosure this is only the start of my second week (the first week was free)and i def love this app enough to buy it and i’m a broke college student so that says something. I love the workouts, i’ve been doing the transform 90 and it’s so perfect! 26.5 min workouts that are INTENSE but they build up and it’s truly perfect. The only thin I can tell that needs improvement is the grocery list thing. I wish it said in parenthesis what meal the item on the list was going to just so it would be easier to understand why there’s so much food on the list at times.

    This app is amazing and it gives great workouts but I think it is a little pricy and I wish I could do some of the plans and do more workouts without paying. But other than that it’s great.

    It’s been a long time since I’ve been so excited about a workout routine. I’ve completed Insanity twice and P90 both with amazing results. I’m 45 now and my knees can’t seem to handle the jumping in Insanity (or the intensity!) and I am discouraged by the hour workout in P90. I saw an advertisement for JM app and decided to give it a try. I am 2 weeks into the Transform 90 and I am loving it!!! It is hard enough where I know I am working out but not so hard that I am dreading it... I actually look forward to each workout! I’ve lost 3 1/3 lbs but more importantly my legs, my abs, and my arms all are toning up. I am very excited about the change. So far it’s worth the $69 cost...
