The videos are made by the best kind of teachers, people who are both passionate and know a lot about awesome things, and their instruction make your kids fearless to learn these things, too. Plus, the magic sauce! 100's of projects to keep your kids very, very busy at home getting really, really good at these new creative skills they’re learning. So, I don't like it cause my family can't make money very easily. And I don't like that a add would say that the app is free but when you sign in it's like $20.00 it's unfair to me. So that's why I don't like this app

I love crafting and I was exited to find jam but when I found out you hade to pay 20$ I ask my parent and they said no and this is better for kids who have parents but don’t have a Lotta money because they can’t get the crafting education they need which makes me sad🥺

JAM, I signed my child up for this app, and it said that we needed a free trial for 14 days? Sorry, I don’t like to waste my money. They’re kids. Kids. Hope you understand. Bye now.

Just got charged $20, even though I have an email stating trial subscription was canceled, and I quote, “you won’t be charged”. That is annoying enough, but it is even worse when the product was terrible. These YouTube hucksters market directly to kids with a slick video, but it only took my daughter 2 minutes to figure out that JAM wasn’t as advertised. The navigation is the app is god-awful, so much so I couldn’t figure it out. (I work in IT, website management). It starts with a lame drawing lesson (that bored my daughter), and it was very difficult to navigate to other lessons. I’d bet my bottom dollar this company survives largely on people forgetting to cancel trial subscriptions. Heavy marketing masquerading a beta-quality product. In my case, they just took my $20 the old-fashioned way via bad faith, incompetence, or both. With all of the wholesome things you can spend $20 bucks on to do with your kids, JAM would be the last thing I recommend. This is just another racket to make money by exploiting the impulsivity of kids. My daughter BEGGED me to download the app... within TWO minutes she was disappointed and moved on. This second-rate software crap makes me lose faith in technology. All marketing and feel-good messaging, but then no effort made to create an intuitive platform that lets kids explore content. The point is to make money, not engage your kids. So again, buyer beware. Based on my experience, JAM is a scam... sign up for a free trial... even if you cancel, we’ll still charge you anyway!

Okay listen here I hate this app for a lot reasons 1. I couldn’t even start the app because I don’t have pay pal or debit card 2. It never says on the add you have to pay 3. It’s only for kids 4. IT’S 20 DOLLARS?!?! THAT IS WAY TOO EXPENSIVE 5. You have to pay just to watch videos and get taught how to do cool things couldn’t you just not pay and instead search up “How to draw” on YouTube like seriously it’s way easier then this That is all and if you could fix this I might use the app

I’m not very sure if this app is good or not, but I remember seeing ads, and I don’t remember it saying you have to pay. I cant even play so this is why I made my rating 1 star out of 5. I'm a little kid trying to study and I can’t even do so. I enter the app happy to be able and to get a chance to play, but then right after I select my Id picture “OH NO! I HAVE TO PAY!”. So everyone that downloaded or downloads this game, be aware that there is paying involved. Thank you for taking your time to read this review.
