Gboard is the keyboard from Google for your iPhone, packed with features to make typing effortless. On top of GIFs, emoji search, and Glide Typing, the power of Google is at your fingertips with Google Search built in. Forget switching from app to app – just search and send, all from one place. GIFs — Search GIFs for the best reaction Emoji Search — Find the perfect emoji, faster Stickers - Create or share stickers to express yourself Glide Typing — Type faster by sliding your finger from letter to letter Search and send anything from Google: • Nearby stores and restaurants • Videos and images • Weather forecasts • News and articles • Sports scores • And anything else you’d search on Google Gboard for iPhone and iPad supports the following languages: • Afrikaans • Arabic • Azerbaijani • Belarusian • Bengali • Bulgarian • Catalan • Croatian • Czech • Danish • Dutch • English • Estonian • Finnish • French • German • Greek • Gujarati • Hausa • Hebrew • Hindi • Hungarian • Icelandic • Indonesian • Italian • Japanese • Khmer • Korean • Latvian • Lithuanian • Macedonian • Malay • Maltese • Marathi • Norwegian • Persian • Polish • Portuguese (Brazil) • Portuguese ( Portugal) • Romanian • Russian • Serbian • Simplified Chinese • Slovak • Slovenian • Spanish • Swahili • Swedish • Tamil • Telugu • Thai • Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) • Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong) • Turkish • Ukrainian • Vietnamese • Welsh • Zulu Privacy We know the things you type on your phone are personal, so we’ve designed Gboard to keep your private information private. What Gboard sends to Google: • Gboard sends your searches to Google’s web servers to give you search results. • Gboard also sends usage statistics to Google to let us know which features are used most often and to help us understand problems if the app crashes. • If you use Gboard’s microphone, voice input will be sent to Google for transcription. What Gboard doesn’t send to Google: • Other than your searches and voice inputs, Gboard doesn't send anything you type to Google, whether it’s a password or chat with a friend. • To help you with spelling and to predict searches you might be interested in, Gboard will store the words you type on your device. This data is not accessible by Google or by any apps, and can be cleared at any time. • If you’ve turned on contacts search in Gboard search settings, this allows Gboard to search the contacts on your device so you can easily share. None of these queries are sent to Google.

  • 我的iPhone7不能震动反馈my iPhone 7can't haptic feedback

    By werer hell
我看到了新闻上说最新的gboard1.41,iPhone7以上可以开启按键震动反馈,我特意更新了我的gboard,但是做了非常多的努力,也没有办法开启这个模式。 I heared the news , the latest Gboard can enable the haptic feedback ,I specially update my Gboard to the latest version 1.41, but I still can't get haptic phone is iphone 7.
  • Dictation is awful

    By psydrin
The dictation on the Gboard is just terrible. I had such a better experience using my android phone and I’m actually using the built-in iOS dictation right now because this keyboard is so bad. No swipe to delete functions like the android version and the dictation is just so slow to load that this keyboard is unusable.

Glad you finally added Shqip! Thanks Google! The dictate function still opens a second app to use voice assist. Please streamline like iOS

When it works it's great. The voice memo has problems though.

  • One of the best keyboards for iPhone

Lots of options, yet simple and sleek. I love that you can choose whether or not you use multilingual typing. Swipe suggestions are on point (better than Swiftkey amazingly). You can disable the Google search, which used to annoy the heck out of me on Android. Would be five stars if two things happened: being able to hide the text suggestions row, and being able to enable keypress sounds. Additionally, i would love a nicer looking default theme — it looks cheap/derpy somehow — but that's not super important to me.
  • Very good keyboard.

I much prefer this to the standard iPhone keyboard: you can put backgrounds on it and it makes typing one-handed much easier. I am, however, pretty bummed that the new haptic feature doesn't work on the SE when there are haptic keyboards out there that do, so it's clearly not a limitation of the phone itself.
