    I am really enjoying using this app to help me get back in shape. All of the workout have videos demonstrating how to do the exercises and modifications to make them more difficult. The only thing that would male this app better is if there were also modifications for people who cannot do certain exercises.

    I cancelled this subscription after my free trial was up. I actually cancelled late and had to pay one month which was fine and understandable. It said in a big pink box “SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED” and “We will miss you” the. Asked why I was leaving. Nothing else was said. Unfortunately I didn’t notice I was being charged until just recently- I saw iTunes charges on my Amex but figured it was a different subscription as I have many for my job. They don’t have an obvious spot to make contact with them. I reached out to Kayla Istines on Instagram asking for contact info. Heard nothing. I eventually found an email. I emailed. Took 5 days to get back with a generic answer. This is a known problem after reading other reviews people hav heard the same issue and the app claims they are working on a solution and recognized that it was misleading yet they hav done nothing about it. This is a scam and I don’t believe it is legal. I have disputed and filed a complaint against this app with American Express, PayPal and iTunes.

    I love this workout app. The workouts are completely doable for someone who works full time and needs a quick, effective workout. There are several different workout options to choose from - the normal, 28 min. workout or a quick workout option. And it really works!

    LOVE SWEAT SO MUCH! I’ve done both Kelsey Wells and Kayla Itsines programs (PWR and BBG, respectively) and I’ve also done a few of Sjana’s yoga workouts. They’re easy to follow, and great for anyone who wants to get in shape but doesn’t know where to start. Even if you’re a gym pro, these programs are challenging and fun. Can’t recommend this app more!
