The monthly subscription automatically renews every month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will be charged $6.99 US for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. The annual subscription automatically renews every year unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will be charged $59.99 US for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.

  • Good place to watch African American movies but...

    This is the hardest app/website to login to and to cancel. I did the free trial and if I decided to keep the account, it was supposed to charge me $4.99 for each month after. I’d never planned to keep watching after the trial, cause I just wanted to see the series Monogamy. So when my trial was up, I tried to log back in and it wouldn’t let me, thus charging me the $4.99. I eventually had to reset my password like 30 times, to cancel my subscription and I complained and eventually got my money back, too. I did the trial at the end of November 2018 and canceled it in December 2018. I’m complaining now, because here I am, in February 2019, finding out that they have been charging me $6.99 ($7.50, with tax), for three months now (December, January and February). I reset my password again, just to make sure of my account status and just like I thought, it says canceled and no more payments should be charged to me. Apps like this shouldn’t exist until they know what they’re doing and how not to charge ppl that have already canceled their subscriptions. I did however enjoy the selections of movies and I loved the series that I initially subscribed for the free trial, for. But the money thing, is an issue that needs to be fixed, ASAP.

    Although I don’t watch this app that much but when I do I can not view any movies. I’m getting “Video can not be played at this time”. I don’t like the idea of being charged for something I can’t watch.

    I’m having trouble logging into my account and now it looks like I purchased a monthly subscription twice. It keeps asking if I want to restore my previous purchase, but it doesn’t work.

    Hello when I first downloaded this app o was not even able to watch anything properly. I then canceled through apple settings and some how I am still getting charged for about 3 months straight! Who do I contact in order to get a refund and cancel this subscription. Please. There should be no reason why this company doesn’t have contact info!

    If I could give negative stars for a rating I would. I was charged for a free trial and Apple unfortunately can not refund me. This app is terribly designed and misleading. I’m glad it was only $6.99 and nothing else. If you’ve been charged for a trial make sure you cancel immediately in the subscriptions settings. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO USE THIS APP!!!! I repeat... DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Finished the free trial and have now been trying to cancel for 4 months with no success. Followed instructions on how to cancel subscription and that doesn’t work, sent email and they responded and what they told me to do STILL doesn’t allow me to cancel. This is pretty ridiculous it’s a trap!

    Like stated in the fine print... Go to your Apple iTunes Apps account and click on your profile picture to view your account settings. Once your in there look for subscriptions and press it and give it time to load. Once it loads, it will show your UMC account info and then choose to cancel your subscription. That should be it, good luck! FYI: I’d like this app more if it had more selections👌🏾.
